Return & Refund Policy

At KORVIX, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In its original condition

    • Returned with all original tags and packaging

Items that are damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive the wrong or damaged product.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, KORVIX will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
